JC 110V Series of melting furnaces are suitable for Single Phase 110V~130V AC voltage.

It is widely used in melting gold, copper, silver and other noble metals, metallurgy, petroleum , chemical , laboratory, heat-treatment with melting temperature less than 1150°C/2012F.

The characteristic of this furnace is small size ,light weight, easy operation and accurate temperature control.

This series of furnace has three types: JC-A, JC-K,JC-S

Product Classification:

We supply JC-A, JC-K, JC-S models to meet different requirements of the customers:

K Series: The working temperature is from 20C (68F) to 1200C (2192F), the customer can set any temperature between this range.

It can meet ordinary melting and heat-treatment requirements.

A Series: This series of furnaces can provide 50 segments program control which can be set in any slope. It means that the customer can control the speed of Heating up and cooling off.

It support RS485 、 RS232 communication interface, can be connected with computer, Split-type Paperless recorder.

The precision of the temp control is 0.1C it can meet high precision control requirement for Laboratory and Scientific research.

S Series:The capacity of this series is from 10kg to 100kg, it can meet the medium-sized melting requirements of Steel, chemical industry.

Graphite Crucibles (1-3kg can be equipped with our furnace at the same time. If choose 4kg crucible, only 4kg crucible use for one furnace)

Notes:

A. The average service life of the crucible is 20-25 times, so please change the crucible in time to prevent the crucible be broken during melting.

B. When the furnace heated up to the setting temperature, the temperature will not hold on this temperature at once, this is normal phenomenon, 2-3 mins later, the temperature will stable.

C. Before pouring solution, we advice the customer put out the crucible and let it cool down for some seconds first.

D. When the customer use the furnace for the first time, it maybe appears slight white smoke with odor, this is normal phenomenon caused by organisms-burning, it will disappear after use 2-3 times.
